These last few weeks have been monumental for multiple reasons, and while the Pandemic has been a huge concern. It is the The Black Lives Matter movement, that has been close to my heart. Watching, listening, and educating a whole world simultaneously - Standing in solidarity. This has been the movement that has stopped the world. For the month of June i have been muted and listening. I would also like to highlight 5 books written by people of colour that i have really enjoyed this month and show my support to the movement. Every month i change up my top 5 picks and i choose them at random, but this month i would like to make a point of selecting authors of colour who have produced fabulous works.

Top 5 authors of colour:
- Children of Blood and Bone - Tomi Adeyemi
- A song below water - Bethany C Morrow
- A song of Wraiths and Ruin - Roseanna A Brown

Love to you all
