books i'm looking forward to in 2021...

 I think 2021 is going to be a big year for the fantasy genre, with all the heavy weights releasing they next book. This year was jam packed with fantastic releases, hyped books and most anticipated books. 

2021 is going to be huge, with A court of silver flames being released. If you were one of the lucky ones to get the special tour copies... i envy you. I luckily got a ticket to the virtual show happening on the 28th of February. To say i am excited it an understatement. The next in a long line of highly anticipated books is Chains of Iron by Cassie Clare, the second instalment  in the last hours series. As much as i am excited for this instalment i am also reserving myself, as much as i loved chain of gold, i felt that a lot of the start of the book was really redundant. There was sooooo much repetition that i was bored for quite a bit of the book. I am hoping with this new instalment that there is less repetition and more adventure. 

The next instalment in the Gresha verse Rule of wolves by Leigh Bardugo, the spin off to the best selling shadow and bone series. The thrilling conclusion to serpent and dove - Gods and monsters is probably on the top of a lot of ya fanatics list. I'm hoping for big things with this book, especially since the second book blood and honey was suchhhh a let down. 

A vow so boldly and deadly the third book in the curse breakers series, i have read the other two but a lot of people really enjoyed this series. With the conclusion of the Carnival series, Stephanie Garber is ringing in the new year with a new series titled once upon a broken heart.

We free the stars the second book in the sands of arawiya will also be gracing our book shelves. I think just about every single person who read this book can attest to how much they loved it. And now the second book in the Fable series Namesake is getting released.

A late commer to the release schedule in 2020, these violent delights swept waves across the bookstagram sphere. The much awaited second book which has no title yet is going to be released.

Lets not forget the new series by Victoria Aveyard, Realm breaker, a highly anticipated new world is being brought to us. 

There are many many other books being released in 2021, and i have barely scratched the surface with these highly anticipated books. Are there any books you are looking forward to in 2021?
